Kathy Dodd & Hollie Gianoulias are the owners of Green & Ever Growing. We have been in the plantscaping business for 20 years.  
We met while employed for an interior plantscaping firm known as Floral
'n Hearty, where we worked together for five years. |
| During our time with
Floral 'n Hearty we saw the company grow from three to nearly 30 employees. We
were promoted into management and became responsible for the hiring and
training of plant maintenance technicians. Floral 'n Hearty was sold to
Tropical Plant Rentals, where we worked for one year prior to starting
Green & Ever Growing.
Green & Ever Growing has been in business since 1987 and is a small company by design. Staying small ensures we work directly with our clients and their plants, they get personalized care. Both clients and their plants enjoy the consistency of working directly with us. We still have several of our original clients and even some of the original plants! Our Web site evergrowing.com originally launched in 1998. It was established to market our Interior Plantscaping services to businesses in Denver, CO. Soon after launching the site, it became clear that we could also reach out and touch people world wide, so we conceptualized, developed and launched our Plant Tips site. It was designed to be useful to anyone, anywhere with a houseplant. The Plant Tips site has been successful at generating a high amount of traffic and has become a revenue source for our company generating profits from advertising, click-throughs, and sales commissions. We also recognized an opportunity to open our own online store targeting indoor plant enthusiasts. In 1999, our etailing activities initiated with the launch of the Green & Ever Growing Online Store. Our store will evolve over time and will feature a limited number of "must haves" for anyone with a plant. We'd like to make evergrowing.com the site you visit whenever you are looking for useful and meaningful information or help for houseplants.
